"Brilliant all round. My flight was severely delayed. I messaged the hotel. Everything was sorted for me by Michael. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, the rooms are well appointed and the breakfast was excellent. It is really convenient for the Grand Central Station and the City Centre."

"The room was spacious and clean and the shower was excellent. The staff were very helpful and no request was too much trouble for them. The range of foods offered for breakfast were extensive and included traditional cooked breakfast, cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit and a varieties of tea, coffee and fruit juice. The hotel is only a 20 min walk from Belfast City Centre and a 5 min walk from the University and Botanical Gardens. There are a number of restaurants nearby and can thoroughly recommend Villa Italia, a 10 min walk away. Would not hesitate to book another stay here on our next visit to Belfast."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel has been finished to a very high standard. We loved looking at all the photographs, paintings and points of interest in the hotel. Some really thoughtful touches. Particular highlight was Drawing Room 2. The room is just beautiful and the cocktails at the bar were great too"
