No power in property
The next day of my arrival, there’s no power in the property. Though the person in charge attended to it in about two hours, this is not acceptable for any customer. Overall, a bad experience.

There was two lockboxes, which was too confusing. I spent five minutes trying to open the wrong lockbox. It should be removed.

Our records show that our key safe has been consistently maintained and is in proper working order. We take security seriously, and any reports of issues are promptly addressed.It's possible that there may have been a misunderstanding when you read the check in message as it’s stated clearly that the key safe was located by the front door. The extra key safe is located past the bay window low level , for staff use only . The house is quiet and clean. We forgot something in our room when we checked out and the person managing the property was very kind and responsive when we communicated with her to get back what we have left.

20min walk to bus stop. Hard to get taxi. No aircon nor elevator. No toiletries. No daily housekeeping inside the room.

Room had only bed, no cupboards, it was nowhere to put clothes. Also first night was very cold, had to tell the owner to bring electric radiator. A bit pricey for very basic. Other rooms had more comfort.

My stay was excellent. No fuss, straight forward and very comfortable. If you are looking for a lot of personal attention and contact with host then this isn't for you. If you want excellent, clear service with no bother, then this IS for you
