"The location was a pretty dark and dingy back street which felt unsafe to park. The flat itself was well furnished and finished but not particularly clean. Found hairs in the bed, stains in the towel and a razor in bathroom. Felt like someone was living there and just made it available for the night. I didn’t stay and found alternative accomodation. "

"Great base for exploring Birmingham, convenient for public transport (although the bus does stop at midnight on Saturday!) Comfortable, if basic - the one recommendation I'd make to the owners is to get a curtain for the back door, as you do get woken up by the sun in the morning"

"Beeping smoke alarm which we had to sort out ourselves, kitchen door off hinges, toilet seat not fixed properly , bathroom door handle missing I do not expect to have to go searching for the electrical fuse box to turn the smoke alarms on. Location was great for our family party in Digbeth, shower was brilliant, place was clean and was quite decent apart from the issues listed above "
