"A friendly welcome from the check-in staff. The room was ready well before official check-in time. The lift that's been out of action for a while was repaired while we were in the building, with admirably little mess and disruption. The restaurant team were as friendly and helpful as always. We're looking forward to our next stay. "

"Parking was easy to find, good signs all around though very dear £15 per night, Staff were neither here or there , I didn’t feel particularly welcomed,they just did the job, The room size was decent, mattress did have a few stains on it and I found some strands of hair though that’s to be expected .Breakfast was decent!"
