The Coconut Palm - 5 Minutes to Bonita Beach

We invite you to be one of the first guests to stay in The Coconut Palm, a newly renovated retreat, just 5 minutes from Bonita Beach. The Coconut Palm features an open kitchen with all new appliances and cookware, private fenced patio area, and curated accommodations for 4 guests. Only 9 minutes from Downtown Bonita Springs and 25 minutes from Downtown Naples, the Palms is the perfect stay for a relaxing SWFL getaway, family trip, or beach staycation.

Everything is brand new!

The Kitchen
Enhanced with beautiful quartz countertops and fully equipped with brand-new appliances. Our Place pots and pans, and a complete collection of gourmet cooking tools provide everything necessary to prepare fabulous meals. Enjoy home-brewed coffee or tea with your choice of Keurig Kcups, regular drip coffee, or a full tea service. Olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices are provided in the pantry. The reverse osmosis water filtration system delivers delicious purified drinking water from the small kitchen faucet and is also connected to the refrigerator's ice maker. Cleaning supplies, a dish rack, dog bowls, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are located under the kitchen sink. Dine at the bar with seating for 3 or at the dining table with seating for 4.

The Living Room
Relax in the open concept living area on the couch with a large ottoman or side chair. There is also a smart TV where you can login to your Netflix, AppleTV, Hulu, etc. accounts.

The Bedrooms
One bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the other features two twin beds. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, as well as, luggage racks and hanging clothes organizers. Clothes hampers are in each bedroom closet. An Iron/ironing board is located in the twin-bedroom closet. A step stool is located in the queen bedroom closet.

The Bathroom
The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rain-style showerhead and 5 towel hooks. Organic bath towels, mini bath and makeup removal amenities, and a hair dryer are provided.

The Screened Lanai
The front door to The Coconut Palm is accessed through the quaint screened lanai with seating for two and a ceiling fan.

The Laundry Room
The private laundry room is accessed through the screened lanai. You will find a brand-new washer and dryer, beach towels, 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cordless vacuum, a wetjet mop, and a broom with dustpan. Laundry detergents and other cleaning supplies are in the cabinet above the washer/dryer.

The Patio
Take in some sunshine or dine alfresco from the comfort of your private fenced patio with a dining table and umbrella for shade. Adding to the ambiance, this space is adorned with tropical plants and string lighting. There is also a water hose located on the garden wall.

The Neighborhood
Just north of Bonita Beach Road, Imperial Shores is a very quiet area, great for walking and biking.

Dog Friendly
We welcome your canine friend. Dog bowls are located under the kitchen sink. Pet covers are provided to protect the furniture and bedding and are located in baskets with paw prints in the living room and bedroom closets.

The Palms is a collection of 4 individual units, consisting of two duplexes.
