"I have always wanted to stay at this beautiful hotel and am so glad I finally had the opportunity. It's a beautiful property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a great view of the strip, view of the water show/fountains and the Sphere. It was clean and well appointed. It's perfectly located on the strip, just about in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle. We walked to all the other casinos. We had dinner at Jasmine's in the hotel and it's beautiful with an amazing view of the fountain show. The food was just average, however. The conservatory, again, beautiful! We didn't go to the pool, but the pool area is...you guessed it...beautiful! A really spectacular property with great service."

"Our stay was great. Everything there was wonderful except for the check-in process. The check-in process was extremely tedious, we were sent from the line we were standing on to check in on a kiosk, and then there was a problem with the kiosk reservation, and we were sent back to the end of the line to check in with the person where we had started originally, given a second code from them, and sent BACK to the kiosk. Then had to wait for an email and sent you the key kiosk. This should have been done once the original time through. A waste of time and very frustrating."
