"During our 3 day stay our “newly upgraded luxury suite” wasn’t cleaned once. I had to call for towels & trash bags to clean up myself. I do that @ home - was expecting the minimum here. Def not a luxury getaway experience. We did have a lovely pool attendant who made that portion of the stay pleasant. Do not plan to return. "

"While the staff was very professional and helpful, there was an incident with sewage: an overall sewage smell on the property; clogged plumbing in the room; the service/maintenance that corrected the room's plumbing left sewage water all over the bathroom and on my personal toiletries. "

"Boring and too far from the strip. Traffic around is too intense to make driving to eat confortable. "

"I loved it. 😍 one thing was the pool was out of order and since I’m disabled, I couldn’t make it to their other pool they offered. I was hoping for a resort credit since that’s what you pay for. But other than that I loved the room. "

"Disappointing service and zero upkeep I had high expectations for my stay at Paris Las Vegas, but the service was a major letdown. The reception staff was incredibly dismissive and rude during check-in, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests. Furthermore, housekeeping never showed up to clean our room during our entire stay. For the price and the brand name, I expected basic hospitality and cleanliness, neither of which were provided. I won't be returning."
