"The condition of the room was excellent. As is my habit I checked to see if the microwave worked, unfortunately the turntable was inoperable. I contacted the front desk and the unit was replaced within 10 minutes by a very pleasant staff member. Looking forward to my next stay!"

"The staff were very courteous and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were greatly appreciated after a full afternoon of walking. The hotel provided us with transit passes for the ROAM buses which made trips back and forth to downtown very easy. The bus stop was right next to the hotel. Appreciated that they support "mountain' brands by providing Rocky Mountain Roasters coffee and Rocky Mountain Soap Company shampoo, soap and lotion in the room. Overall...a truly great place to stay."
