I was given no email correspondence of how to check in the door needed a code to enter which I hadn’t received prior to checking in, then when I managed to gain access through another guest I waited in the corridor trying to call but they kept hanging up when answering. I didn’t know what room I was or the code to the key lock to gain access to the room, no wifi password prior to arrival, and when someone did turn up and I got in the shower...
