Just minutes from NAS Pensacola, downtown shopping, and the I-10 corridor, but still outside of city limits, Cantonment offers the best of both worlds. Inside, this spacious 5-bedroom house with 3 full bathrooms ensures everyone has space to spread out and freshen up. This recently updated property also features an outdoor paradise with pool, bbq gazebo and Florida room, gated yard on 2/3 acre lot perfect for tending to your own market garden, chickens, bees, and lots of room for dogs and family. Solar panels reduce the electric bills and also provide backup source of power in uncertain times. Surrounded by vacant lots on both sides and a creek down the hill on the back, it’s almost like not having any neighbors.
