This 2 bedroom - 1 Bath home is located in a quaint neighborhood with comfortable sleeping for 4. Master Bedroom has a king bed and other bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Dock your boat in the Gulf Access canal behind the house and tie your boat to the dock (Lift is not in use). A short 5 minutes drive from the bridge to city of Fort Myers, Golfing, Restaurants and more. Fully equipped kitchen has toaster, coffee maker, everything you should need for a wonderful vacation. Smart TV's so you can stream your Netflix or other apps you have. Take a stroll to the Cape Coral Yacht Club, Beach or The Boat House Restaurant.
