Just a stone's throw away from the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this dream villa on the canal, completed in 2020, is the perfect place for an unforgettable vacation.

The sweeping views from your private pool terrace are vacation feeling pure.

At Coconut Bay in Cape Coral you can relax in a bright vacation villa furnished with great attention to detail. Fully equipped and modernly furnished, Coconut Bay offers everything you need for the best time of the year.

The villa has three bedrooms, each with its own fully equipped bathroom. There is a 55'' Smart TV in each bedroom.
In addition, there is an 80'' Smart TV in the living room for relaxed movie nights.

Enjoy the spacious terrace with heated pool. While you relax or swim, your children can splash around in the shallow water zone. Whether you're a sunlover or prefer the shade, you'll find your favorite spot all year round.

In the evening, you can relax in the heated hot tub and watch the breathtaking sunset as the day draws to a close.

We really enjoyed are stay. The house was very clean and in a great location. We enjoyed many relaxing days by the pool.

What a perfect home for 3 couples to share. Ours happened to be family.. enough private space if needed. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Kitchenware is perfect. Along with the abundant choices of cooking spices. Loved how there were extra coffee cups.. Like how did they know we needed those? The Marina and Rumrunners and an oyster bar are very close. And so many other convenient places close. The home was clean, well appointed and spacious. You will not be disappointed.
