Main bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom.
Two guest rooms with queen size beds.
Game room offers a pool table/ping pong table, foosball and basketball. There is a pull out queen size sleeper sofa and upon request two twin beds.

Kitchen is all new with quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. Island offers additional seating. Coffee bar with drip brew coffee maker as well as a keurig.

Abundant space in the dining room. Seating for 8+!

Open concept Living area has room for everyone and has two recliner sofas.

Headed to the beach? We have you covered! Beach chairs and towels provided.

Half mile from downtown Cape Coral, 2 miles from Ft. Myers bridge. Close to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva. Plenty of activities to keep busy including: off shore fishing, kayaking, golfing year round and fantastic shopping or just relax at the nearest Tiki bars overlooking the water. Over 400 miles of canals for boating and fishing and over 39 recreation parks.

Please note our NO PARTIES policy. There is plenty of night life just down the road.
