Natali was so sweet and gave me a sweet note ans fruit plate in my room to thank me for staying with them. The restaurants and food were wonderful. The beds and room was so comfortable. "I'm not usually into the luxury hotel scene but wanted someplace safe and quiet as I was traveling alone with my teenage daughter. This checked all the boxes, super safe neighborhood and although I was disappointed by getting an inside room without a view, it was super quiet. BBC headquarters is nearby which means even extra security on the street. The hotel was luxurious and beautiful. Our room was cleaned at least 2x daily. We had a daily fruit platter in our room and shortbread cookies. Lovely tea, coffee and water service in the room was complimentary. Easy walking access to Oxford Circus, shopping, etc.. Some good dining options in the area. Easy to get anywhere in the city or to airport from here. Recommended for peace of mind."

"Room was a little small but everything was clean and tidy. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Area around the hotel is under redevelopment but this didn’t impact on the stay and will look fabulous when completed. Overall it’s been a fabulous stay. We will be back. Thank you. "
