Welcome to Cocoa Beach! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath is located right on the Banana River - enjoy the view of the river right in the backyard! Angelo Lane is half a mile from the Beach and Ron Jon Surf Shop. This beautiful location is 10 minutes from Downtown Cocoa Beach, 30 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, 45 minutes from the Orlando Airport, and 1 hour from Orlando Theme Parks.

This house is super cute. Can’t beat the location. It’s walking distance to Starbucks and a grocery store. We enjoyed the board games that were available too.

Very clean house in good location in Cocoa Beach. Host was very response to any questions. House was prettier in person than shown in the pictures. Walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Saw dolphins and manatees swimming right by the dock in the backyard.

Walking distance to a great putt putt place , Ron Jon surf shop Starbucks, and the beach. The house was clean and well equipped for our family! Loved watching sunset off the dock with a gladd of wine!!
