"Very outdated building! Room, furniture and TV were all old! Room cleanliness was not very good, as there were stains in the carpet and molding growing the in the bathroom. Immediately upon arrival in the room there was a bad smell! Did not see one housekeeper or cart while there. Location of hotel was a positive though!"

"The staff was amazingly helpful and accomodating. The grounds were gorgeous. And the food lovely. We wish we has spent more time there."

"Excellent hotel, great location. Staff at reception where extremely helpful and courteous. Only issue, as with many places, red wine served at room temperature."

"The room was narrow and not very easy to access, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. Moving around with luggage felt quite inconvenient due to the limited space. Breakfast was also a disappointment. The selection was quite basic and the quality didn’t really meet expectations, although it was still acceptable for a short stay."

"Expected more from a 4 star. Bedroom window was broken, not closing fully and as a result the room was cold, had to use a towel to block out the draft. Spacewise the room was small for a family room, ok if just adults or older kids. Breakfast had the basics."

"The room was perfectly clean upon arrival and check in and check out are so easy. Staff are very welcoming and kind. Overall a great place with a great atmosphere "
