"We walked from the airport to the hotel and the hotel parking lot, which we had to cross, had no lights at all. It was after 11 p.m and very dark thus making it a hard walk It was also hard to operate the doors with all my luggage and no one from reception offered any help. . The room service pizza was greasy and unsatisfying. Room excellent. "
