I stayed six days and five nights.
I would start with Mentioning that customer service department was very responsive, they sent me a survey on the third day, and I filled it up with my quite a few issues, They were nice and moved my room and upgraded my room to beach view suite.
The resort was below expectations. The employees at the front desk were initially not very welcoming and not nice. Even when you complain, they don’t look face-to-face And having some attitude.
The food was OK but not impressive.
Yes, there are multiple pools , Most of them are private pools used by swim out rooms, the main pool is a small.
Despite the fact that this hotel Was built in 2019 but when you go to the rooms, you feel that they are older than five year old.
I mentioned that my room was upgraded (which I’m thankful for) . However, there was bad Smell (sewer) and I called twice, but it was not solved.
