"A wonderful welcome from the moment we entered until the minute we left. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly, and exceptionally helpful. We were given advice on how to get into Bath with all the road closures for the half marathon, the bus timetables were looked up for us and we were even walked out of the hotel to point us to the bus stop. You certainly don’t get this service in any of the chain hotels I have stayed at in Bath previously. In addition to the excellent customer...

"We loved this hotel- room was spacious and very clean with lovely view over golf course. Nice bar and restaurant, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Easy parking. My only issue was the midgie insects around (like mosquitos) that seemed to find me several times in my room, and bit me all night. Such a small thing. My husband loved the gym and we had several swims and spas which is well run. Good location. "
