*This studio is located near one of five pools on the property, a coin laundry facility, and a short walk away from the white sandy beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf of America! Complimentary access to Sandpiper Cove’s five sparkling swimming pools and three hot tubs located conveniently throughout the property along with charcoal grills, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts and a pitch and putt 9-hole golf course. Two of our pools are heated for your comfort during the winter months. On-premises food, The Sand Flea (beachside Tiki-Bar open March-October) and Louisiana Lagniappe (upscale seafood waterfront dining with a Creole flair, with casual attire permitted.)

Great find

This was a great place to stay! It was actually a little nicer than I expected and the location was unbeatable for the price. Just across from the beach, pool right outside, and a short drive to the harbor. It was comfortable and clean.

The whole staff makes sure you are completely satisfied and takes care of any issues right away. We have been staying at sandpiper for 20+ years. This was our first time in this unit. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was decently stocked. Would be nice for a Keurig to be offered as an option. Complimentary chairs was a plus (chair guys are also very accommodating)

Close to the beach!

Having a place within close walking distance to the beach was a must when looking for a place. This was a 5 minute walk and parking was included in the stay! Would recommend!

Great family fun

We just stayed 5 nights and had a great time. Small walk to the beach, very clean, the condo was right in front of one of the pools. Easy check in and check out. Only complaint we had was the smell of the septic was strong at the condos and the bed wasn’t to comfortable for my husband but, overall it was a great family vacation stay. I’d definitely stay again.

Pleasantly Surprised!

I originally rented this for a low-cost spring break trip for my teen daughter and I. We were excited when my sister and her adult daughter were able to meet us. There was plenty of room for 4 people to be comfortable. We made all our meals and packed lunches for the beach. The beach and beach bar are literally 1 minute walk! The condo was clean and had what we needed. I would stay again! Destin was beautiful!

The perfect getaway!

The pictures we deceiving, the place was smaller than it looked. Although it was all we needed. The beach was so close and beautiful. We had a lot of fun by the hot tub. I would love to come back!

This unit and all of the property seemed to be very well kept. All of the staff was very polite and accommodating. The location is very convenient. Our only reservation was there is not a washer and dryer in the unit. It is nice that you can take your linens to the office and have them replenished.

Good, but needs a few improvements

This is my second time staying at Sandpiper Cove. I specifically chose this unit because it listed an ice maker, and the previous unit I stayed in did not have one. Well, the ice maker was broken. We notified staff immediately, and while they sent maintenance out, the issue was not resolved during our stay, nor did they communicate with us about the issue. We happened to run into the maintenance guy and specifically asked, and he said it had to stay off because there was a water leak, but otherwise we would have never known. Also, this unit didn’t provide many basics that other units provide (e.g. salt/pepper, wrap/foil/bags, etc.), which was disappointing. Additionally, while they had blackout curtains on the sliding door, they didn’t in the window (same room), so the room was fully light by 5:30 am everyday. Location is great - 3 min walk to beach, but overall wouldn’t choose this specific unit again.

It was the perfect size for me, it is decorated very nicely, and is in a great location for your short walk to the beach. I loved that this particular unit came with beach service - that was a big plus for me! I don't cook while I'm on vacation, but if you do, the kitchen is very well stocked. I highly recommend renting this unit!
