Condo is pet friendly - A dog under 25 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

This cute 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is located on the second floor (no elevator) in Sandpiper Cove WITH NICE VIEWS OF THE GOLF COURSE. IT HAS BEEN RECENTLY RENOVATED, WITH A FULL KITCHEN RENOVATION, PLUS NEW TOILET/VANITY IN THE BATHROOM, NEW MAKEUP VANITY IN THE BEDROOM AND ALL NEW PAINT AND CROWN MOLDING.

This roomy condo has a kitchen with NEW full-sized appliances and the cookware needed to whip up a meal before hitting one of the five complex pools. The large flat screen TV can be viewed from the comfortable seating in the living space. The sofa also can be converted into a Queen Sofa Sleeper allowing this condo to sleep 4. The dining area offers seating for 4 as well. This condo has its own washer and dryer, so no worries about finding quarters for the coin laundry.

The bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV. The large window in the bedroom allows you to overlook the golf course as well. The bathroom has a combination tub/shower.

The balcony has seating to enjoy a cup of coffee and overlook the beautiful grounds of Sandpiper Cove.

The private beach is located about 10-15 minute walk away or there is limited parking on the beach side.

Sandpiper Cove offers 5 complex pools, tennis courts, and grills on-site. The condo includes complementary WiFi too.
