This stunning beach house has it all - located just a stone's throw from the beach, an impeccable brand new custom pool, a 6-seat Golf Cart, fully renovated, designer furnished, with you, our guests, in mind! You have a short walk or an even shorter golf cart ride to all of the best places this not-so-sleepy fishing town has to offer!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Wow! What a beautiful place! We loved everything about our stay in this immaculate home. The location was perfect. The home was very well maintained and offered many luxuries. The pool was crystal clear and very large for all the grandkids and adults. We hope to go back again sometime!!

Amazing house close to the beach

A dream house!!

This house is AMAZING. Beautifully decorated and all the comforts of home. The pool is fabulous and it’s a short walk to the beach and local dining. We loved it.

We had a great time hanging out by the pool and it’s a very short ride to the beach on the golf cart. The property managers were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that came up.

Overall the house was very nice, and the pool was great. There were safety concerns with the front door and back door with toddlers. There were some type of sensors on the door, but they did not make noise when opened. And with a pool that should be mandatory. Additionally, the front door locked from the outside, which is great, but there was no way to secure it from the inside (no deadbolt) or way to stop the door from being opened. Our toddlers wanted to go outside and it was easy access. We ended up purchasing temporary locks for both doors. There was construction going on next door from 7am-7pm every day we were there. So we had loud music and men watching us in the pool every single day. Lastly, we had many unknown visitors throughout the week. Landscaping crew, mower, pool guy. All showed up unexpectedly and just came in the back gate without notice or asking. It was a little uncomfortable with all of the kids.Overall it was a great home, but we will not be back to that home while our kids are the ages they are.
