"The hotel was clean and very nice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family trip with a well equipped kitchen. The area around the hotel is beautiful! and its just a couple of blocks from Lake Michigan and a mile from Navy Pier. Its a very walkable neighborhood and close to public transportation. The BEST thing was how friendly and accomodating EVERY single staff member was. The valet parking was easy and quick. At breakfast, they made dairy free eggs to accomodate allergies for us. The front desk were very kind and helpful with a special request we had. This is the hotel we will stay in whenever we can get to Chicago again. It was wonderful for us!"

"Hotel and staff were very nice. Breakfast consists of coffee, tea and fruit. Pastries can be purchased. The room was nice, not what I would consider a 4 star (i.e., not comparable to the nearby Hyatt). Charge of $5 per piece to store luggage."
