"I arrived 5 minutes after the staffed check-in time of 5pm, but I don't think it'd matter, I didn't see anyone at their reception my entire stay. If you're unlucky enough to miss reception, like I was, you'll need to call to a local Krakow number to get instructions over the phone. "This is an excellent hotel, with friendly helpful staff. The rooms are large, clean and with comfy beds, although the pillows are rather odd and could be improved upon. Good sized bathroom with large enclosed shower with hairdryer and toiletries provided. Plenty of parking, very accessible if driving from the Airport, just a few minutes walk from the Salt Mine too.
