"Bathroom barn doors squeaky, and hooks in bathroom loose and falling off. Rooms need some attention. Beach chairs and umbrellas were ridiculously expensive when already paying resort fee. Everything else was good"

"Our stay was enjoyable. Only negatives were the AC in the living room area of our suite didn’t work and the mattress in the pullout sofa was awful and really uncomfortable. The furniture has not been refreshed in a long time and was stained. It’s a nice hotel but really shows its age. I would have paid the same or more at a newer hotel in the area. You don’t get much for their VERY expensive resort fee and not including beach chairs and umbrellas is ridiculous. In the future, if I go back,...

"Our stay was great. There were four adults and a baby. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get the room serviced due to nap schedules although it didn’t house keeping came late in the afternoon but staff were great accommodating clean towels as needed. The only complaint was the pullout couch which needs to be upgrading. No one can sleep on the mattress on the pullout. We had to move mattress from one of the queen beds.
