Food was good, Environment very nice. Room very Small

Great design, clean, spacious.

Great stay, loved the location, short walks took us everywhere we needed to be, friendly staff, super clean and comfortable, absolutely no complaints.

Centrally located, near transportation, near lots of restaurants and shopping.

It's pretty basic, but clean, nice, and with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect if you want to see the sights of the Old Town. Nice shower, which is important to us. Has an elevator, which is always a good thing. Hotel staff was great, very responsive, and arranged a taxi to the airport very early the morning, which was on time and reasonably priced. Only thing I'd say is the mattress was not the newest, but still we did sleep well.

Excellent hotel in the city center. We were walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I particularly liked that they were a sustainable hotel. I highly recommend them

Absolutely love this hotel and am happy to stay here every time I visit Edinburgh. This is my fourth stay so far. Only difference this time was the bar staff wasn’t as helpful and never brought an item I requested twice. Overall though I love this hotel.

Lovely hotel! Clean, quiet, big room, nice breakfast and lovely lebanese restaurant inside the hotel for dinner (Sofia’s Lebanese)! Location is perfect, walkable distance to the wonderful old and new town of this amazing city!
