Ballyvara House is a substantial luxury self-catering property boasting 11 en-suite bedrooms; the property can comfortably sleep up to 28 guests. The spacious house is an ideal group accommodation venue for a large family gathering, a Christmas or New Year's get together or a hen or bridal party.

Once a 100+ year old thatched cottage Ballyvara House has been transformed into the perfect property for your group stay in Doolin. There is ample space within Ballyvara House that groups can stay and never feel crowded. Get the bar stocked and enjoy a drink in the lounge in front of a roaring fire or a welcoming glass of wine out on the patio in the courtyard garden. ​Ballyvara House features an expansive lobby, a large sitting room with open fire, a hand made stone bar and an off-kitchen dining room. The commercial kitchen has two ovens with 4-ring gas stove-top over each, a salamander grill and a large water boiler.
Children will always be entertained with the pool table in side the games rooms with a tennis court and play village outside for them to enjoy.
