"Location not far from Temple Bar and Trinity College but a bit far from some things. Lobby was always full of people and larger trash cans in stair way areas were always full and sometimes overflowing."

"Hotel staff, Lois, Lisa, Cristina, Elena and Victoria are excellent, including the restaurant staff. They are helpful, friendly and genuine. The location is great for transportation access, restaurant and shopping. However, the beds are the worst I have ever had. The springs are poking into you all night. The minute you sit on the bed the springs dig in and mske noises. Despite paying $411 a night for am execuitive room no resolution of the issue for four nights. Given how bad it was I couldn't have been the first person to complain. The hotel was full the night before. Someone must have complained but no action taken."

"The property was in a great location and made it easy to walk to a vast majority of the top things to see in Dublin. The staff were super friendly. They were able to recommend some good lunches and dinners that were kid-friendly. The breakfast was a perfect start for our day. Bottomless coffees from the espresso machine and a deal compared to breakfast around any of the other breakfast joints. Some people complained about noise at night but we didn't notice anything and it was great. There was no air conditioning and we happened to be here during a relative heatwave but the fan that was in the room worked great to keep us cool."

"The rooms are out dated. We were in a ground floor room with bars outside the window reminiscent of a prison. There was no AC however they did provide a fan. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night. The access to the parking garage is extremely narrow and many rental cars have been scratched and damaged on the narrow walls. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good."

"The bathroom smelled bad when we checked in and there was no vent or exhaust fan so we told the front desk staff and manager but they were nonchalant about it and didn’t say they’d fix it. Also the airconditioning was intermittent so the room got very stuffy and hot. The bar and restaurant staff were very nice, their service was good, and the food was good."
