"The staff and front desk were very nice and helpful. The room was nice but the bathroom was dirty and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and 3 towels. There were 4 people total. I had to call every day to get a set of towels brought to our room. No housekeeping the entire time even though we requested housekeeping daily. Luckily we weren’t really in the room at all only to sleep. "

"The breakfast line was long the cost was expensive. After waiting 25 minutes to get in it took them almost an hour before we got our food. They barely had any servers apparently. The room had no refrigerator or coffee maker, I went to a motel 6 in quartzite AZ that had that. I mean I have had a room in near 30 years that didn’t have this. The bars and PTs restaurant were fine. It’s an awful place all in all- go somewhere else. Anywhere else. "

"I had an absolutely terrible experience staying at the Flamingo in Las Vegas and would never stay here again. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. We were told that our room had been given away, which is completely unacceptable considering we had a confirmed reservation. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, the person who checked us in was rude, dismissive, and incredibly condescending, making an already frustrating situation even worse. The issues didn’t stop there. The air conditioning in our room barely worked, which made it extremely uncomfortable, especially in the Vegas heat. We called the front desk multiple times asking for assistance, and nothing was ever done. No follow-up, no fix—just completely ignored. Housekeeping was just as bad. Our room wasn’t cleaned for two full days, even after we called and requested service. It wasn’t until the third day that someone finally showed up, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one on the Strip. To top it all off, we paid for parking at check-in, but our key card NEVER worked when trying to exit the garage. Every single time, we had to sit and wait 10–20 minutes for someone to assist us. It was beyond frustrating and a complete waste of time. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Poor service, lack of accountability, and zero urgency to fix any issues. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else. "

"The hotel was so clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. I would and will stay here in the future. Only down side would be perhaps a complimentary coffee and water station. "
