"We arrived at the hotel after 10pm so we really didn't get to see or use any of the amenities. We left for an early flight at 6am. The staff at checkout tried to charge for 2 cars parking fee but we all came in one van. But they adjusted it to just the one 20pound charge. I did receive an email later in the day that I had a balance for another parking fee, I emailed back and explained we only had 1 car and haven't heard back if its all good. The rooms were comfy and quiet and parking was very convenient. Thank you"

"Everything about the hotel was great except the breakfast. For a 5 star hotel it should be much better. Not many choices , hard sausage, and awful potatoes. The best thing is the fresh eggs and omlettes the chef will make you fresh. Then I didn’t have a room number to charge my 20 percent discount to so I never received that."
