A mandatory fee of $62.15 per night, payable at check-in to the W Hotel, includes:

🚫🐾Policies
* Pet-Free Property: To preserve a pristine environment, we do not allow pets.
* Smoke-Free Zone: Smoking is strictly prohibited; violations incur fines and potential further action.
1. **No smoking** - Absolutely no smoking, of any kind, allowed anywhere in or around the unit, including the patios/decks or halls and walkways. This no smoking policy applies to all types of smoking, including vaping, marijuana, tobacco or any other types of smoking products.
2. **Pet Policy** - We love animals, but we do not allow any pets in the unit unless a previous exception was made with approval by the host. This policy is established for all of our guests, including future guests who may have pet allergies. In order to keep the unit free of allergens and additional wear/damage caused by pets, additional fees would apply for any exceptions. If you do bring a pet into the unit without receiving prior approval from the host, you will be subject to a fine and additional cleaning fees.
3. **No Parties & No Crowds** - Parties, events and loud music are not tolerated. Fort Lauderdale has a strict noise policy (detailed in this guestbook), and the building staff and security also will quickly respond to any noise complaints. Please be courteous to neighbors and avoid being overly noisy. No guests other than those booked to stay in the unit should stay in the unit. Do not exceed the listing capacity of the unit, without prior consent.
4. **No Illegal Activities** - Absolutely no illegal activities will be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate removal from the unit/building without refund.
5. **No Tampering With Equipment** - Do not touch or tamper with any of the electronic or safety equipment in the unit, including smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, fire suppression, networking, noise monitoring, electronic locks or other equipment. These devices are installed and maintained for the safety and convenience of our owners and guests and many are required by local law. Do not unplug, remove or tamper with any devices connected to the TVs or network equipment. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a fine and billing for any damage or corrections required for this equipment.
6. **Report Any Damages** - If anything is broken or damaged during your stay, or if you find anything not working correctly, please let us know so that we can repair/replace it. We also maintain insurance covering many common issues & accidental damage, so if you notify us and include photos, we may be able to help minimize or eliminate any cost to you.
7. **Trash/Recycling** - ****Trash and recycling can be disposed of in the chute(s) near the elevator in the residences building.
8. **Noise** - Fort Lauderdale noise ordinance must be strictly adhered to
during your stay.
- This ordinance reads: “sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.”
