This beautiful, centrally located, private home in a gated community offers a relaxing coastal atmosphere. Minutes to Fort Myers beach and not much further is beautiful downtown Fort Myers. Free two car garage parking and driveway parking. Two spacious bedrooms with queen size beds and two full size renovated bathrooms. Large, warm and welcoming, open living area. Newly fully stocked renovated kitchen. Washer and dryer. Dining area overlooking backyard with view of palm trees.
Patio with dining set to enjoy happy hour, dinner or morning coffee. Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and cable tv. In the closet you will find tennis and pickleball rackets and balls, pool towels and a beach blanket for when you head to the beach.
The gated community offers 4 pools, jacuzzi, tennis/pickle ball courts and shuffleboard. With so much to do and the central location this is the perfect vacation or snowbird spot.
