Welcome to “Dune Dreaming” – your new vacation paradise! We have designed the condo with your comfort and ultimate relaxation in mind. Our balcony has views over the dunes to the beach and is truly sublime and peaceful. FREE beach service is included – 2 chairs + umbrella each day of your stay set up for you right on the beach! Walk across the street for a tasty seafood meal at Stewby’s or AJ’s Oyster Shanty and watch the seasonal fireworks right from the balcony. We are close to everything, yet you’ll feel worlds away when you are on the beach! You will LOVE the new Ninja Slushie machine in the condo - just add your favorite liquid (no ice required!) and create amazing frozen drinks in under an hour!

Dune Dreamin is ideally located on Okaloosa Island offering a lower density beach vacation. There aren’t any high rises on OKI, so no more fighting for space or sitting in the 5th row! There are so many activities to enjoy, including:
✔ Okaloosa Island Beach: A pristine stretch of white sand and emerald green water offering parasailing, pontoon & jet-ski rentals and a fishing pier!
✔ The Boardwalk with many shops and restaurants, beach volleyball, and a fishing pier + seasonal fireworks shows!
✔ Wild Willys Adventure Zone - Features go-karts, mini-golf, bumper rides, and more, catering to family fam!
✔ Destin – Just a short drive away you can spend the day enjoying the Harbor, Destin Commons, and a wide variety of shops, restaurants, golf, and spas!

• The Beach Stays Vacation team is a boutique hosting team - we are passionate about delivering a great guest experience alongside a sparkling clean and well-maintained property, and to help our guests have the dream vacation they have worked and saved for!
• Our team is excited to welcome you to the beach! We are here for you to answer any questions or to help you choose the perfect property, just ask. As owners and hosts, we have a small collection of beautiful properties to choose from. Our team looks forward to helping you have a fun and stress-free vacation...we know the world is full of choices, thank you for choosing us!
** SPECIAL WINTER monthly & weekly rates - effective 11/1/25 – 2/28/26 **
SPECIAL MONTHLY RENTAL RATE FOR WINTER 2025/2026 - $2,250.00/month plus taxes, damage waiver & cleaning. For bookings longer than 1 month, monthly cleaning will be required which will also include a linen swap (to be paid by the guest). We will also provide mid-stay cleans and linen swaps for an additional fee.
SPECIAL WEEKLY RATE FOR WINTER - $750.00, plus taxes, damage waiver & cleaning (except for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Martin Luther King and President's Day holidays).
THE FINE PRINT
•Minimum Age: We require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 to stay at the property throughout the rental term.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement (within 48 hours) to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature.
•Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date or prevailing booking site rules.
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the condo for your stay. If you have an early arrival or late flight, please book the day before/after.
• No parties/smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.
• We will send your welcome letter via email 10 days before arrival with all of your important arrival information and codes.
*Departure instructions – We do not have long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
