Step into this gorgeous townhome located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Enjoy this spacious property that offers two master suites: First master suite hosts a king Size bed with 42" flat screen TV and a full-size bathroom. The second master suite has a queen size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, a 32" flat screen TV, and a bathroom. The living room has a large open floor plan and a large 55" flat screen TV, a queen size sleeper sofa, black out draperies, and a half bath. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Enjoy the fenced in patio/deck area with gas grill, an outdoor shower, and privacy for pets to roam safely! Beach access across the street. Parking for two cars.

Perfect location

This condo was the perfect location for what we were looking for. A quick walk to the beach and a convenient boat passenger pick up right next door. We brought our boat and were able to park at the slip next door when we needed a break for lunch while on the water. I definitely recommend if this is the location and amenities your are looking for.

Simply lovely

This was our first time using Vrbo. The description of the property was accurate and the location was just a short walk across the street to the beach. Amenities were great and the host were very prompt in responding to our needs.

Super Great Stay!

This place was perfect for our family of five! Everything was just as listed and shown. It was clean, and stocked with what we needed. The host was super easy to communicate with, and we enjoyed the fact that we could easily just walk across to the beach! We will definitely plan to stay again should we be in the area! ❤️

Great Experience

The rental was very clean, true to the listing, and great location. The property manager, Kimberly, was excellent with communication via text. The dishwasher went out the day before our stay and it was replaced before we arrived. This was all communicated to us quickly and very appreciated.

Property situated in the perfect location for us. The property had all the conveniences that we required. Kitchen utensils were properly stocked. Decor was outstanding! Yearly sister trip

Location is excellent…directly across from the beach. I do wish description mentioned it was 2 floors as I have hip/knee issues so stairs were difficult. I would have preferred one story condo. There were a couple of maintenance issues that I reported & got an immediate phone call. It is roomy, clean & most needs were furnished.

Relaxing

We loved our stay here and would stay again it is very clean quite and cozy. We were able to bring our dachshund with us and not worry about letting him out. The nice deck with fence was a perfect little spot to sit and drink your coffee and let your pup hang out. The bed was comfy and plenty of pillows. The blackout curtains were great when we slept in one morning. Looks just like pictures on their site. Beach access is perfect to be across the street. Wifi was great for my class i had to attend on my laptop. phone charging on end table and i forgot my blow dryer and they have one in each bathroom! Wonderful last min vacation. Thank You :)

Just as advertised

Could not have asked for a better location. The townhome is directly across from a beach access, as well as an Italian restaurant, and a couple of seafood places just down the street. The area is quiet, and it's easy enough to drive to the main streets. The townhome is very nice and roomy. Kitchen is well equipped. Please note that the bedrooms are located upstairs, and the stairs are steep. The home was nicely decorated and clean. Manager kept in contact regularly. If you are bringing a pet, there is a nice area off the deck that is enclosed.

Comfy, Spacious, Convenient

Our family would stay here again. Pros: Mgt team very good at communication with us before and during our stay. Very clean and modern comfy feeling inside. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Convenient parking spot(s) for the unit which is like 15 feet to your front door. 2-3 minute walk to the beautiful beach (you can see the beach pavilion from the unit and the daily green/yellow/red beach flag). Well stocked bath towels and beach towels. Garden hose on the deck to rinse off the beach sand. Nice deck area we used for breakfast every morning. Cons The only thing to mention is the 2nd bedroom for the kids is about 20-30 feet from the 35MPH road. Not a problem in the middle of the night as the area is quiet and devoid of traffic, but you will hear roadnoise from cars passing by around 7 or 7:30AM. Minor headsup items: No cooking oil or salt or pepper found. 1 pack of powered dishwasher for one load and no laundry soap. So BYO. Bathroom soaps and bath shampoo are provided in limited qty.
