This 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals with a breakfast bar and separate dining area. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests and private balcony with direct gulf views. A master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a half bath that closes off from the adjoining full bathroom in the hallway. A hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Perfect Beach Getaway

We had the best family vacation at Gulf Dunes! The unit was well stocked, very clean, and conveniently located. We enjoyed spending time at both the swimming pool and the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

No complaints from us. We were in 106, first floor. Easy access to beach and pool. Had all the basic appliances you need. Unit was stocked with towels. Kimberly responded pretty quickly when I let her know about a maintenance item. We enjoyed our stay

Excellent Vacation Spot

This was the perfect location and fit for my family. Close to Publix, shopping, and beach! Kitchen has everything you would need if you want to cook. Walking distance to ice cream, lunch and dinner locations.

We were very happy with this unit and out stay. Perfect location with a great view and nice pool. Everything was clean and as advertised. Our bed was soft and perfect for resting after a long drive.

Great Location

The condo is in a great location. It is beachfront, and the view is better in person. Close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Ample parking and the unit is close to the elevators which was no problem with noise. The unit is fully stocked with all the necessities; however, I do recommend bringing your own toilet paper.

Very pleased

I needed to relax from home and work life and this place provided. Even though it’s a condo it was surprisingly private, even with the pool right there. We never left. We cooked all of our meals there, everything we needed was provided.

Mattress and furniture

Everything at the property was great except for the couch and chair in the living room and the mattress in the master. The mattress was very worn and you could feel every spring in the mattress. Highly recommend bringing some type of topper if ypu plan to stay here.

Great Place!

The condo is as pictured. As others have stated, it's very nice and very clean. All the extras, including linens, towels, beach towels, detergents, paper products and beach service were an added bonus. A previous review mentioned the mattress in the bedroom needed replaced. We had no issues, found it just fine and comfortable. Two small suggestions, 1) an additional skillet would be nice and 2) the lighting, while very attractive, was not bright enough for old eyes - particularly in the bathrooms. Regardless, we would definitely recommend this property!

Just Beachy

Ok for a long weekend trip for our family of 6. The Good: Everything is as pictured and described, great location, beautiful beach- not crowded at all, plenty of parking, lots of pillows, beach towels!, beach service!, washer/dryer in unit, plenty of start up supplies, excellent communication by rental company, Sup rentals. The bad: Pool is very small- so on rough sea days was quite overcrowded. Also, not much for shade at the pool- only one table and four chairs under one small pergola. The ugly: Unit was not very clean. Pull out sofa was full of crumbs when we opened it up. There was an entire opened bag of mini muffins under the couch along with other wrappers and dirt/garbage. Washer needs a good cleaning. Overall felt a bit dingy.

The communication before our stay was fast and efficient. The condo was as described. Clean, comfortable, beautiful view from the patio and room enough for 4. Beach service was so helpful.We walked to a couple of the restaurants it was convenient.
