Rodzina z nastolatka 😊
Bardzo fajny nie duży hotel położony w świetnej lokalizacji blisko do morza sklepów i restauracji oraz lotniska. Bardzo smaczne jedzenie all inclusive podgrzewany basen dobre miejsce dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi mini disco i muzyka na żywo wieczorami . Polecamy i pewnie sami jeszcze tu kiedyś wrócimy bo wyspa jest naprawdę piękna i warta zwiedzenia

Very clean and modern apartment, cleaned every day. Good facilities, good play area in swimming pool for children. Two pools, one unheated and this was generally where the adults could sunbathe in peace and quiet away from children area where water features were noisy. Good entertainment for families. Food was very good, also had supermarket on site which wasnt overpriced. Walking distance to bars and restaurants for entertainment, and also to beach and marina. Overall a great place to stay

Excellent again (our 4th all-inclusive visit over 8 years). Minor points for improvement could be: Hotter food (although microwave is available). Warmer swimming pool. More adult activities again (shooting, archery etc.)

Unbearably hot room. One ceiling fan in the apartment and our room was 34°c on arrival and didn’t get below 30°c (travelling with a 2 year old, temperature shown on baby monitor). No ventilation and windows and doors were not very secure (didn’t close/lock properly and if they did, became impossible to open). Pools were nice and the kids water play area was really good. Downside was that it wasn’t cleaned throughout the day, so there was a big buildup of rubbish/cups/plates. Room lacked any basic amenities. Self catering apartment and we weren’t supplied any washing up liquid or even a cloth/sponge for dishes. Questionable if they had ever been cleaned. Our room was “cleaned” once during the 8 days (beds made, but nothing else) and we had towels replaced twice. Area around the hotel/outside the front was scattered with e-scooters making get a buggy in/out difficult. The glass barrier surround the steps/slope up to the hotel was smashed and just taped up with cardboard. There was broken glass and rubbish outside the front. Staff on reception were pleasant but not very helpful. After raising the same issues 3 times it finally got sorted (smelly drains in our room and broken outside light). I question the 3 star rating, even though some of their signs still advertise them as a 4 star (would give them 2 at best)! Directly under the flight path so very noisy. The safety deposit box is €3 a day. You don’t have an enclosed/private area. Will not be returning.

Much improved but needs more.
Rooms are modern, beds are very comfortable however we were disappointed to find there was no AC only 2 overhead fans in each bedroom. There was also no safe which we found strange, a safe is a must have to store passports etc. We spoke with reception staff who contacted the maintenance team who delivered and screwed the safe to a shelf, this cost 21€, equivalent to 3€ per day. Our room was serviced twice in seven days and on 1 day fresh towels were left on the outside table. Food was on par with all-inclusive. Entertainment wasn't the best ive seen, however young Dom did well with the day activities and kept our 2 teenagers entertained. The footpaths had lots of weeds and needs some attention, also a daily tidy needs doing, we witnessed an ashtray be emptied onto the side of the walkway from one of the bungalows and the cigarettes, ash etc was still there when we checked out.. Staff are friendly and polite. Over all not bad but definitely not 4star.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the room hot. The pool looked very inviting (sadly I didn't go in as I had a cough). The buffet food was a bit repetitive and my husband got food poisoning on the last day which did influence our overall view! However the cooked to order breakfast items were excellent and the chef very friendly.

Having stayed at Broncemar Beach previously i was pleasantly surprised by the revamp. Colour scheme is refreshing and all amenities are of good clean standard. The staff are friendly and helpful and i feel i must mention Virginia from the pool bar and upstairs bar area. Always service with a smile, engaging well with customers and nothing is too much trouble whilst still being efficient. Theres no sunbed wars so no major rush to get out there as you can always get a bed even in the afternoon. We were All Inclusive and the drinks didnt seem watered down, plenty of options including cocktails. The Buffet area has a lovely layout, quite spacious and lots of food options. The omelettes / pancakes made to order are delicious as anything else thats is made to order. The only disappointing thing i should mention is that the temperature of the food is warm at best however a microwave is provided should you like your food piping hot. I didnt mind some of the options being cool in temperature but there are some things that should be piping for food safety reasons. This is obviously perfect for little ones mouths too. The evening entertainment left a little to be desired however we went at the end of April and the entrainment team changed over during this week so did look a little better from what we saw.

Check in was quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless very clean and cleaned daily. We had a lovely pool view. Location was great 2 minute walk to shops, bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Fab playground for the kids 2 minutes down the road from the hotel. The hotel was really lovely and modern. The staff even sent a bottle of champagne to our room for my birthday what a lovely gesture and much appreciated. Would be more than happy to stay here again. Wonderful
Lovely complex and the recent refurb has given it a really high end feel. The buffet is lovely and a diverse selection but if you’re all inclusive it might be a bit repetitive. The pools are lovely albeit the ‘heated’ pool is REALLY fresh and favours the brave. Plenty of sun loungers and space to relax in the sheltered sunshine.

Good hotel
1 week family holiday, the hotel is newly renovated. Our room was clean, shower was generally good but at times lacked pressure and went hot and cold. Breakfast was good. Pool area was lovely, kids pool and heated big pool were good but our 3 year old still found them too cold to stay in for more than a few minutes.

Very nice hotel, we had no issues during our stay. Good entertainment and reception team. Very nice pool for kids, my girl was excited about it. We did not have room service unfortunately and I am not sure if we were meant to have one. And walk to the sea was a bit annoying, about 10 minutes. But there are a lot of shops, restaurants and playgrounds nearby, so the hotel has its benefits too.

New, clean and spacious
We stayed only for one night without meals, byt IT was great. Our apartment was clean, spacious, well equipted. Furniture looks new, comfortable bed. Popol area was also nice. Lot of shops and restaurants nearby, also close to the beach.

buona soluzione per famiglie
Buona struttura a caleta de fuste, in posizione centrale a Fuerteventura. Malgrado avessi prenotato la stanza de luxe le fotografie non rispecchiavano la reale condizione delle camere, che era buona ma non ottima come mostrato. Le parti comuni sono ok e la ristorazione accettabile, anche se orientata alla clientela del nord europa, largamente preponderante. In generale il rapporto qualità prezzo è comunque ottimo.

Personnels très sympathique et souriants. Le séjour s est bien passé. Notre chambre était au calme. Seuls bémols : piscines un peu fraîche et le all inclusives n est pas un vrai all inclusive car seulement droit à 3 types de coktails et le reste il faut encore payer.

Me gustó , la situación, el personal, las piscinas y el desayuno No me gustó, la primera semana muchas familias con niños, mucho ruido sin respetar las horas de descanso,los clientes mal educados, dejando los vasos tirados en la piscina, reservan las hamacas cuando especifica claramente en las normas ,que no se haga, todo hay que decirlo, ingleses dueños y señores de las instalaciones, la 2 semana muy bien

L’ensemble de l’hébergement était satisfaisant, seul bémol à notre arrivée le ménage a été vraisemblablement bâclé (cheveux qui traînaient sur le sol de la salle de bain ainsi que près du lavabo, tâches de sang sur une taie d’oreiller et quelques poussières sur les draps).

A fuir!!!! L’hôtel est infesté de cafards et fourmis et le réceptionniste de nuit est à vomir il ne trouve pas mieux comme solution de nous proposer de dormir a la piscine si les cafards ne me conviennent pas alors que j’étais avec ma fille a 6 ans c’est honteux!!!

Tienen un serio problemas de cucarachas,por las noches ves cientos y tienes que tener las ventanas cerradas porque te entran en la habitacion, mucha calor,la habitación consta de un ventilador en la habitacion en el techo. Teniamos todo uncluido la comida esta bien,en el bar solo un par de cocteles entran en el todo incluido. Eso si el personal muy atento y agradables.

Kényelmes., jó helyen lévő szálloda.
Kényelmes felújított apartmanok. A naplaliban a kanapé két külön ággyá alakítható a gyerekek jól elfértek rajta. Az etelek finomak, vacsoránál az italok ( sör és üveges bor is) a felpanzio reszét képezik. Az egyetlen nehézség az utcai parkolás volt.

Deluxe 0 patatero!
Queríamos pasar una noche tranquila en Fuerteventura. Creíamos que reservando una habitación Deluxe sería mejor que una habitación standard... pero... uf, qué decepción. En las fotos todo bonito, fruta al lado de la cafetera, todo impecable. En la realidad, todo muy triste además de habernos dado una habitación en frente de un cruce de carreteras con un ruido impresionante. Por no hablar de la peste a desagüé no solo del baño sino en toda la habitación. No hay productos de champú, ponen una cosa genérica que bueno... ni comentario puedo dejar sobre la calidad. Lo que más me molestó, a parte de esta mala experiencia es la actitud en el comedor. La gente tira la comida... es un bufet libre y la gente se llena los platos para después dejar la comida y tirarla. ¡Qué tristeza de humanidad!
