"Booked to stay here when seeing Lady Gaga solo. Mannie at reception was really welcoming, very friendly and was more than happy to make sure I was comfortable and go the extra mile. Very little noise from the other guests, only when walking past the door. Housekeeping staff were great too, they chatted away. There's reception 24/7. The area looks a little rough but everyone is really nice and there's plenty of food places around on just eat! Will be back next time I'm at my next concert."

"City Suites ideally located for exploring Manchester on foot or by bus. Walkable distance from Manchester Piccadilly. Swimming pool a decent size, changing area warm and clean. Apts well equipped, comfy bed. Can't ask for more!"

The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the AO Arena. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection, and the whole hotel had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!"
