"Great location for Gunwarf, walking distance. Facilities were good, nice swimming pool area and sauna. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was lovely, lots to choose from."

"Convenient location on Gunwharf Quays. Staff were very nice and very helpful. A shame the aircon is not working. I understand it needs repair and there is a dispute berween the hotel and Gunwharf about who is responsible for the repair. There was a some noise from nearby bars or club 'til late. Also other guests were a bit noisy returning late to their rooms. The bed was comfortable, apart from the room temperature issues! The window was locked shut so no fresh air ventilation. "

"Small double room. Was cold and you cannot self regulate the heating/thermostat - it is set by landlord. There was no extra blanket. You share bathroom, lounge and kitchen with others. Prompt communication and well located. You are next door to a very good japanese resto. "

"The corridors, room and swimming pool / sauna areas were terrible. No warnings that the property was undergoing refurbishment. Guest services were rude invading personal space. Communication was poor. Sauna switched off and wasn't advised it takes 15 minutes to heat up."

"The apartment is small but ok, the furnishings are bought from a charity shop scratch and damaged! The cooker unusable no wire trays! The ensuite shower room sink hot tap dosnt work! Stained carpets !needs alot of TLC befor next let.dish washer draw boken! Could not sit in sun chairs need a wash down, no binds in lounge ! Windows filthy! 5 tables in lounge ! Why ! Need i go on.Sorry !"
