"Kona Coast was a Great Resort and perfect location for access to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were clean and very spacious it was exactly what we needed. But, to be honest I was very skeptical because of the reviews about the roaches but Thank God we did not encounter any roaches in our place but I did wake up everyday fearful that I may see one so I wasn’t totally at ease during my stay. We were on the 3rd floor in Section 30 so very close to the restaurant, pool and gym so it was perfect. The food and drinks at the restaurant was delicious and we ate there everyday for breakfast or lunch. Their breakfast sandwiches were a big hit. Im glad we decided to pick this resort despite some of the negative reviews. It was a Grest stay and I highly recommend it if you find the availability. "

"Pros: Staff was very nice and helpful. Although there is no room service, you can easily call/text them with anything you need/request. Beautiful property that overlooks the mountains and golf course. Great bang for your buck. Will stay again."

We love the Waikoloa area, especially all the hard work that is obvious from how well the grounds are maintained and we like how attentive the housekeeping staff demonstrate to be. We had a great time at the Hilton tower, there’s water slides, a lagoon for swimming, jacuzzis. Has bars & food options, ice cream & coffee. I really like the many pool options, there’s a pool by every building at the Kings Land son "

I don't have the support staffs names but they were on top of making sure our needs were met!!! Kudos to the Valet team as well. Worth every $ we tipped them. "I really enjoyed my stay at Royal Kona Resort. The room had two large floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views, which made every morning feel special. The price was very reasonable, offering great value for money, and the stay was extremely comfortable. The location is excellent — restaurants and attractions are all within walking distance. Overall, it’s a perfect combination of comfort, scenery, and convenience. I stayed in Room 679 and have one small suggestion. The sliding track of the middle window facing the ocean only allows it to move about two-thirds of the way across, so from the bed I could see only about one-third of the full view. It would be wonderful if all the windows could slide fully to the right so that guests can enjoy the entire ocean view. "
