"The whole stay from the point of check-in was excellent. Clean and spacious room. Tv remote control has no battery but replacement was sent. Only one feedback , the concierge staff should be someone that can help to move suitcases to the trolley. Sanjit was polite but insisted me (a woman on her own) to go to the luggage room to get my suitcases (I didn’t feel comfortable) and expected me to put the luggage myself onto the trolley, without any offer of help. I never had to do this at other hotels. That’s the only disappointing part ti my experience at Holiday inn express T4."

"This is an excellent property to stay at while transitioning to Heathrow. It is really quiet, comfortable and clean, however in house food/drinks are expensive. There is a bus that pulls up near the front of the building that will take you to Heathrow for a fee (phone or card tap)."
