"I just wanted to extend a sincere thank you to all the staff for making this such a special experience for both me and my wife. The thoughtful touch of the rose petals on the bed and the handwritten note really was the icing on the cake.
I'm not usually the best at planning romantic gestures, but everything about the stay — from the room setup to the spa — really impressed my wife and gave us the perfect chance to unwind from our hectic schedules.
The spa was fantastic, and the entire team was warm, welcoming, and professional throughout.
We truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality, and we’ll definitely be back!"

"The staff were wonderful, from check in to check out. I was particularly impressed by the amenities in the room--iron and ironing board, especially. The food for breakfast was vintage English breakfast! It was delicious. There was a slight delay in replenishing some of the food. Nevertheless, breakfast was still great."
