The entire property was clean and welcoming. All of the staff were very accommodating. We included breakfast with our stay package. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. We also liked being able to have items especially cooked for us. All of the dining staff were excellent and friendly. The front desk staff were excellent as well. Really any staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Thanks. We really enjoyed our stay.

Although parking fees are standard at hotels, I can understand why it would be frustrating. The fees prevent us from unnecessarily raising hotel rates for guest who do not park cars. In the future, if you choose to stay with us again, I am happy to comp your parking!

The room we stayed in was actually pretty clean for being on the beach. We left during the day so that maid service could come in and clean but that didnt always happen. $16.00 per day to park, come on that seemed like a rip off. We pay $155 .00 a night and still have to pay to park. The beach acces was awesome. The breakfast and dinner was a little pricey. We ended up going out to find cheaper meals. The pool was amazing, some days the water was too warm. We were there at the end of April and had beautiful weather. Overerall a nice hotel, but the few extras they want to charge you for is a little extreme.

If you know the old dependable quality and feel of a Hilton, before the variability of what the brand has become, then you know precisely what to expect. Reliably clean (above average for equal rating standards), unassuming yet surprisingly comfortable, just as described if not above expectations, consistent customer based service within reason. Specific details of note- conveniences to make beach days enjoyable and convenient, at a fair rate, for families, solos, or anyone in between. Cons, accounted as personal inconveniences though doesn’t lessen quality of room stay: pool and/or deck area though lovely with heated pool is best for 7 year old’s and relatively good swimmers (no kiddie pool or area), deck hot tub fits 4-5 adults comfortably and located closest to deck bar- cool or uncool depending on your preference, only one single rinse off spout for entire deck including after beach- which is backed up during peak beach exiting times and requires patience if a must, pool towels are kept behind front desk and requires front desk attendant service- don’t recommend peak check in times or management assistance, location wise is central to multiple attractions but not a great deal of options dinning wise within a 1-2 mile distance.

Everything was very nice, but bath tub didn’t drain well and it was very slippery. We were very careful to get in the shower every night. I will definitely stay at this place. It was very nice place to stay and the staffs were friendly and kind.

This facility is not up to Hilton standards. The rooms were dirty, the linens were old, worn, and gray, the grounds were dirty and littered, the staff was less than accommodating, and at times is very rude. I did speak to Management about this, and it will be interesting to see if any changes are made.

Room was nice. Oceanfront view. Facilities had a lot of trash laying around. Had to pay to park and pay for breakfast and pay to rent beach chairs / umbrellas. All of this should be included in stay.

I like to thank the entire staff especially Roberto at the front desk. You see I came in late and was exhausted he waited for me to relax then helped with my check-in and made sure I was fine. Manny in the restaurant during my breakfast was also wonderful. I don't know about you guys but it is great to feel not just safe but welcomed. Also awesome cookies!!!!!

We enjoyed our long weekend at Doubletree. Breakfast is good. The beach and pool are lovely. Our favorite was our private balcony and ocean view. Would stay there again.

The room had a terrible odor, we had to buy a room sanitizer mist which helped some. There was very little water pressure and some days the water was cold. We had asked for bedding changes and could tell that they just made our beds. The view was beautiful! Would not recommend.

One of the nicest “beach” hotels I have stayed in. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Room was large, beds were comfortable, and furnishings were up to date and comfortable. Bathroom facilities were perfect.

Given the price point of almost $300 per night, I certainly expected more. The towel rack fell off the wall when I tried to place a hand towel on it, the patio door lock was broken, and they suggested I use the deadlock instead of repairing the other door lock. There was no shower gel. The bed was comfortable and the view was great.
