Located in Orange Park, enjoy what this 3-bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom townhome has to offer. The home is able to sleep 9 comfortably with a king bed, trundle bed with full/twin and bunk bed full/full. Whether you're downstairs in the living room or upstairs in the loft guests will find a comfortable and tranquil space to relax. The loft can be used as an office space, sitting room or den with a TV. There is a 50" 4K Smart TV and a Blu Ray player in the Family room and a 40" LED 1080p Smart TV and Blu Ray player in the loft. Games, puzzles, books and movies are included for your entertainment. AT&T Fiber internet is also included. The property features a 2 car garage. Neighborhood amenities included for all guests: Soccer Field, Volleyball court, Multiple Parks & Playgrounds just 2 blocks away. Additional amenities included with a one month or longer stay: 4 Pools (1 is heated), 2 Gyms (1 within walking distance), Basketball courts, Tennis courts, Baseball Fields. All guests can enjoy the Oakleaf Town Center just a 3 min drive away where there is a Movie Theater, Gym, Publix Grocery Store, Target (like Walmart) and lots of places to eat. The Orange Park Mall is just 15 min away. With so many amenities and things to do we hope you'll enjoy your stay at our townhome.
