This fully furnished one-bedroom, one-bath Beach Club efficiency is just a few steps away from the ocean. Situated in the Sawgrass Beach Club community, it enjoys a central location between Jacksonville Beach and Historic St. Augustine. The condo features a queen bed, a twin-size day bed, a twin-size hide-a-bed, a comfortable seating area, and a well-equipped kitchen. Cap off your day by sipping a cocktail on the private balcony and drifting off to sleep with the soothing scent and sounds of the ocean. This condo provides an incredible retreat to unwind and savor the beach, upscale dining options, shops, and everything Ponte Vedra Beach has to offer.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Truly the PERFECT LOCATION!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's literally PERFECT!! I had to come here for business and the beach access, safety, and coziness (true coziness, not cozy as in small - it's a HUGE studio!) are perfect! It's perfect for a vacation or for when you are here to work! Truly can't recommend it highly enough!
