There are 2 bedrooms with a shared bath, and a den with a dedicated workspace, plenty of room for an air mattress if extra space is needed, and another full bath with shower. The house is on a culdesac, 2 minute drive to I-10, 1/2 mile- 1 mile walk to all the shops, restaurants, bars, and historic Murray Hill Theater. Great area for bike riding and 2-3 miles to Avalon, Riverside, and 5 Points.
