The home features a cozy, open living space with natural light pouring in through large windows, giving it a warm, inviting atmosphere. The bedroom is comfortably sized, perfect for relaxation after a day at the beach. Outside, enjoy a shaded back area, ideal for outdoor dining, lounging, or gardening, providing a peaceful retreat from the sun. With its prime location, you can easily walk to the beach, while the lush yard offers both a tranquil escape and a place to entertain.

Nettles Island is an ocean to river 5 star resort community located on beautiful Hutchinson Island across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and surrounded by the Indian River. When you come to visit you will be able to enjoy two junior Olympic size swimming pools, one of them being located at our private ocean access.
