Good stay for a business Trip in Swindon

Lovely hotel, especially the lake view rooms... food is very nice, but its a bit of a maze to find your way around..

Hotel is beautiful but marks on the carpet let the room down

Hotel was excellent but the poor Wifi connection means I'll never stay again or recommended it to business people. It's a shame because the property itself it too class

Excellent. Pure class!

Lovely hotel and gardens with nice spa area. Room was clean and very comfortable. Very expensive hotel and you pay for the beauty and comforts but dismayed to then be charged for a bowl of nuts in the bar and for the breakfast. The continental breakfast buffet was lovely but the cooked breakfast was odd for such a good hotel. A very limp colorless omlette and pancakes an inch thick with very uncrispy bacon.

Nice hotel rooms but not the best staff you can meet. I asked for a taxi and they did the minimum effort to get me one and didn't manage to. Knowing that there was a taxi spot 3 mins away from the hotel they didn't mention at all To add on that the rudeness with clients who ask for an address modification on the bill
