This charming old town property is on a quiet end of Virginia street with no through traffic but located only one block from Duval street. The main house is a one bedroom one bath with an absolutely beautiful decor and well appointed modern kitchen. The yard between the main house and guest house is so private you will never know you are in the heart of the city.

Throughout the house there is natural light giving the property an open bright feeling. The detail work on this renovation is top tier and you will be thrilled the moment you step int your temporary home away from home.

There is on street parking in front of the house and the street has no through traffic so parking is typically hassle free.

French doors from the main house open up onto the back porch and yard giving you private outdoor space to relax and bask in the sun and beauty. Duval square is just across the street for shopping, Sushi, Ice cream and more. CVS is located only two blocks away for added convenience as well.

Wonderful little cottage a block off of upper Duval St. Had a marvelous time on a 2 month visit. Quiet street; very safe area. Property manager, Scott, was quick and easy to reach. Would stay here again. Loved it!
