So many great things…
First off the communication with Ken was amazing. Always got back to me right away. The property was very clean and just what was needed. Location. Was amazing and having the bikes was awesome. We rode them all over. Would definitely rent here again.

Key West Old Town gem
Ken's place was exactly what we were looking for: Clean, quiet, and walkable to everything we wanted to do in Old Town Key West. Although the unit is compact, Ken has included many amenities that made our stay enjoyable: beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, etc. The full-size FREE washer and dryer in the building made it possible for us to pack with only carry-on luggage- a huge bonus! Unless you're planning to spend hours in your room instead of getting out and about and enjoying Key West, Ken's place is perfect!

Great affordable spot!
The room is small but perfect for two. Great amenities like bikes and pool. Everything you need for a great time in the middle of the action but not so close you cannot relax. We will be back!

Cute, convenient, clean
What a great place! Ken was a fantastic host, told us everything we needed to know and was easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. Having the bikes as an option made it easy to get around and super fun. Would highly recommend as an option for your next Key West getaway.

For Key West, this was an affordable option in light of what other places cost to stay. There are fees in addition to the base cost but that is everywhere. This was a good value overall. Room is small but adequate for a single person or couple. Nice sized bathroom. Room was clean. Small pool out back was nice. Easy access to Duval, Southernmost Point etc. We did wish that there was some coffee provided with the coffee maker.

Quiet & Quaint
Well equipped (Coffee pot, toaster oven, hot plate, etc.) and clean unit. If you are planning a stay, be aware the unit is small, but you have room to move. Walking distance to Duval and Southern most point. Little further to Malory Square but doable. Great communication with manager, very helpful and fast responses! 4 stars for neighborhood are just because it seems a little sketchy, but really isn't. Quiet and had no issues.

The unit was quite small, however, for the size of the unit Ken has thought of everything. There were bike helmets, laundry detergent ,lawn chairs, kitchen supplies , books and suntan lotions etc.

First time in Key West! Best location for a great birthday celebration!
We stayed at Ken's place to visit Key West for the first time. The place was very clean and well organized. We had everything we needed for our stay and more. We didn't cook in the studio but we certainly could have! Instead we enjoyed the many great restaurants that were right down the street! The location itself is amazing and you are very close to all that Key West has to offer. We walked everywhere from the unit and visited the lighthouse, Hemingway house and Ft Zachary Taylor park and beach. Ken even provided chairs and bikes. The pool area was nice although it was too cool for a swim. We did enjoy sitting outside in the afternoons. Thank you Ken for being a great host and the wonderful recommendations!

Great Little Place
My husband and I made a trip to the Keys for our 15th wedding anniversary. We wanted a place in Old Town Key West for a day to make it easy to explore. This was perfect! It was adorable and very clean. Great location and Ken was incredibly attentive and easy to reach! We highly recommend!

In heart of key west
Honestly, I have not met a host yet who has gone over and beyond with providing documentation and clear instructions. Ken also make himself available to answer any question. Ken sent a great list of things to see, restaurants to eat at and bars to hop. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. But since the location was great, it didn’t take me very long to dodge the rain between going to different spots. I also enjoyed the bikes. Especially the bike ride to the beach. My only issue was with some of the noise but that was outside of his control. The walls are thin. And the suite next-door decided to have their TV very loud all night long. The outdoor space was great and very convenient to the room. The amenities in the room gave me everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this place.

When we go to Key West we hardly spend any time in our room and don’t need much so this studio was just what we were looking for. Great location and walkable to all our favorite haunts. Reasonable price for Key West. It is very small but was very clean and had most everything needed. Pool was nice but pretty cool. Ken was quick to respond with any questions. Overall good experience

The location was perfect. Off of a busy street, but close to all the action. They had bikes and everything you would need for your stay. The pool in the back was quiet and charming. We were pleased with the cleanliness and even though the room was small it was perfect as we only were there to sleep. The bathroom was updated and very nice. Definitely would recommend especially for the price.

Wonderful Hidden Gem
Located in a quiet neighborhood close to Duvall street, this is an affordable and wonderful place to stay! The swimming pool and bikes made this even better. Deserves 6 out of 5 stars!

Great Place
The room is clean and small but stocked with so many things including bikes, beach chairs, soft side cooler, beach towels. There is also a little kitchen with fridge, Keurig, toaster oven and a hot plate. The area seemed very safe and a few minute walk to Duval. The host reached out several times and provided all info needed. Super easy to work with! This is a great place!

Perfect spot!
This was a great place. Perfect size for a couple to be gone all day at the nearby shops and adventures. Then pop in the pool for a cool off and back out again to finish the night!

This facility is exactly as it looks. Very clean. Easy to get to. All of the amenities you could need to cook meals in the room. The pool is awesome. Parking right at the gate. No complaints from me and my wife. We stayed for a week with no issues.

Key West Cozy Nest
The unit was clean, cozy, and conveniently located in Key West. The owner was welcoming and responsive. Great to have a pool in the back for a quick dip and bikes for a ride around town. We would rent it again next time we come!

small but mighty!
It is truly a studio unit, but everything is well positioned and super clean. My husband and I usually require a lot of space but since we really didn't stay in the unit for extended periods of time, it was fine. The pool was great and an enjoyable place to be. The unit was stocked with an iron and ironing board, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and even a few pods to get us through the next morning. Thanks so much to Ken for making this a memorable stay!!

Great little in gem in the heart of Old Town Key West!
This is an affordable hidden gem in Key West! It’s great for a couple. Walking distance to Duval, the southernmost point and all the amenities you want to explore in old town. There was always free parking available by studio. The kitchen used great space and had everything you could need. We loved the spa/pool that was just for the residents in the building. Also had on site washer and dryer free to use. The property owner communicated and sent lots of information for things to do in Key West. Would come back! Emily and Chris

We got exactly what was described in the listing. Small room as advertised but well laid out and it was equipped with many extras. Bikes were older but worked well for us. We used the cooler for beach day and I was delighted I was able to have my coffee in the am. Very happy with Kens communication during our planning and stay. Would certainly stay again.

Peaceful getaway
We went for my wife’s birthday and it couldn’t have been better. The rental is the perfect location for a peaceful getaway. Close enough to the main streets for food and shopping but far enough away for privacy. The room was clean and the pool is a nice bonus. Highly recommend staying here if your looking for a place for 2 people in Key West!

I wasn’t a huge fan of the surrounding neighborhood but it was quiet, equipped with everything 2 people could need, had bikes to use for getting around the island, it was clean, owner was friendly & helpful. I would stay here again if we visited key west again!!

Great studio!
Spent 10 days in Key West in Ken's studio and found the property very well-kept. The room is exactly as advertised and the pool and access to free laundry are awesome additions. This is the quiet side of Key West so make sure to do your research. Met several people from various states relaxing in the afternoons by the pool. Ken is extremely responsive and a great host! The room is filled with amenities other rooms don't have (according to other guests). He provides beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, a cooler, a coffee maker and a Keurig, a stovetop, and several pots and pans, dishes, a hair drier, an iron and board, bath towels, bathmat - nothing was missing. The room has a wardrobe closet, a small bureau, and even a small table and stools. We were able to work from the table or the pool area! You can walk to many shops and restaurants, the southernmost point or you can easily uber anywhere at any time. Ken even provides a list of favorite places to visit. Highly recommend this studio. Give it a try!
