Great little place in the heart of Key West. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Very unique old Key West hotel right on Duval. Great place if you're looking for something different. Will stay there again.

Would definitely stay here again. Great location and staff. Room was clean and on the small side. No elevators so be mindful of how much luggage you bring.

Property is a little run down but overall nice. Only drawback is the rooms are separated by a single door so noise comes straight through. Not very private.

The breakfast was very good and the rooms were very quiet, clean and comfortable! Nice warm pools, and has board games to play by the pool. Great place to stay for the price. It’s also very quiet!

Loved: quaint, comfortable rooms with little kitchen, great bathroom space, private patio, breakfast was good continental with variety, staff all very nice, right on Duvall St., so lots of shops, restaurants and more within walking distance Didn’t like: water pressure low, parking was awkward, we were told it would be best just to walk everywhere, which meant walking to docks for excursion, property not as pretty as in pictures. We were given a different room than we signed up for,but another family was already in our spot. We had enough room, though.

Great location. Pretty, but room 120 is awful. Window facing a fully lit patio 24/7 with no curtain. Super bright all night. You can close the pocket door, but it won’t shut all the way so light still shines at the head of the bed. Table just outside which is noisy from 8-10 each morning. Maybe other rooms are great, but avoid 120. Parking is free but they just move your car somewhere on the street. Front desk staff is really nice.

The mattress was thin and uncomfortable and covered in plastic. The sheets kept sliding off all night. When we went to fix the sheets there was a huge blood like stain under the plastic. We couldn’t sleep the rest of the night.

Thank you for staying with us and sharing. Not sure if you reported this to the front desk but I will check the mattress for the stain. We do use mattress protectors, so I presume this is what you meant by plastic. My apologies for any discomfort.

First time to Key West Wicker Guesthouse. The room is not big but not bad. It’s clean, and very quiet. they did well with the sound proof. the guest house is one block away from Duval St, very convenient. We checked out by 11 but they let us park our car as our assigned spot for the rest of the day without extra charge, that helped us a lot and we greatly appreciated. Will choose them again when back to Key West.

The staff was very friendly helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Perfect walking distance to food and drinks and entertainment. Will definitely be returning in the future.

What a fabulous place right on Duvall Street! GiGi at the front desk is an absolute gem. Very friendly and helpful. Perfect place to stay in fabulous Key West. The night club next door was loud for a long time on Saturday night but it's Key West! Bring some earplugs. Excellent, high end continental breakfast. This was a destination hotel for us and did not disappoint. Would definitely stay here again.

I usually do not write a bad review, giving businesses the benefit of the doubt. But this property was awful. No television service. Called reception twice and I would still be waiting for someone as of the time of our check out. The toilet seat/cover was poop stained brown. Couldn’t even bathe in the tub. The breakfast was not friendly for lactose intolerant people. And when these issues were brought up to the inn, their attitude was, “oh well”. The did have WiFi and it is close to Duval St. 2 stars just for that!! Oh well, never again and if we come back to the area, oh well, bye Felicia!

Great location for Duval street bars and restaurants. It's apparent they are trying to maintain the property, but areas are still lacking attention (like the mold in the bathtub and the thin towels). Our room was very noisy. Room 108 is right beside the backyard of a restaurant that dumps boxes of empty bottles into their recycle bin late into the night and again shortly after 7am. The windows appear to be single-paned, and we had a half-inch gap along the top of the entrance door. Just ask for a quieter room.

It was the perfect location, room was clean, roll away bed in room as requested. The air conditioner was very noisy, painters were painting our one door and I did notice some paint on the floor in the room, not sure if they may have been sitting on one of the chairs and then it pushed back and paint got on floor prior to our arrival. We went to breakfast at 9 and supplies were short- no knives, only one bagel left, no one visible to ask , apple danishes seemed stale, only very sweet chocolate chip muffins. Overall though it suited our needs.

Wicker house is right in the heart of downtown. We stayed in the one bedroom, queen suite, it is quite small, I would assume approximately of 10 x 10 room, bathroom is very small, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Anyway, it was simply a nice place to sleep. There are shops all up and down and around us, restaurants, ice cream shops, lots of nightlife. There was a beautiful nail salon right around the corner. The location was prime. The one thing that I wish they did have was a hot tub. That would have just sweeten the deal. We had a great time, would definitely stay here again. We rented a moped for two days to travel around the island, parking was very easy since the moped was small. At night, it was very quiet.
