"The room was very nice. (Room 318) Just a little warning. Don`t know if it's a regular thing but there was a beer delivery at 7am Friday morning and it went on for about 30 mins just below our room. It didn't bother us as we are early risers but I could see it would annoy some people. The staff were very nice and we've no bad things to say about the hotel in general. We will stay there again in the future. If your determined to go looking for faults you'll find them, as with anywhere you go."

"What a great experience! Staff were friendly and helpful, bedroom was thoughtfully laid out, attractive and clean; mattress really comfy and an extensive, varied breakfast. All this and a little spa for relaxation. Reception looked after my bag (after a noon checkout) whilst I went into the city by tram - which was just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. All-in-all great value for money- highly recommended."
